Job Description

COS is on a mission to become a Global Power Brand in accessible luxury. Today we work with 3 main franchise partners and are present in 7 markets with around 24 stores, with many more to come. 
Through these important partnerships, we get access to local knowledge, infrastructure and talent whilst our partners get access to our amazing brand and retail excellence. 
In this role you will work to create the best conditions for our  established partners’  in order to achieve our ambitious targets and deliver on our brand plan.

What you will do:

  • Financial Strategy; Define and execute the global commercial franchise strategy in line with brand positioning and long-term growth objectives Own sales forecasting, budgeting and performance tracking and help to drive revenue and margin opportunities for established partners.
  • Multi-site Operations management; You ensure consistent execution across the global portfolio of franchise stores, protecting high quality service standards and supporting change management process which enhance personalisation, commercial optimisation and digital development. 
  • Brand and Product Expertise; Own commercial terms, pricing structures, assortments and regional exclusivities with buying. Partner cross-functionally to ensure strong execution across product launches, inventory planning, and marketing support. Provide clear market insights and feedback to inform product strategy and demand planning.
  • Stakeholder Management; Represent the brand externally with key partners, ensuring consistent and premium brand execution. Lead and manage relationships with all partners and facilitate strong collaboration and the alignment needed to create growth.
  • You will be expected to travel internationally and should have the flexibility to be travelling up to 40% of the time.

  • Commercial Leadership: Understand the retail landscape, make resourceful decisions, and balance priorities with a focus on sustainable results. You have the ability to use customer analytics, trading data and other KPI's to maximise partner performance. 
  • Dedication to Excellence: You can foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging a mindset focused on value creation and continuous evolution to surpass customer expectations with outstanding services. You bring an innovation mindset and have experience working with different commercial models. 
  • Customer Centricity: Keep a pulse on global customer needs, industry trends and best practices to ensure COS can deliver exceptional experiences and drive business outcomes through their external partnerships
  • Operational Excellence: Demonstrate the ability to oversee and improve operations, including process optimisation, strategic planning and resource management. Seek opportunities for cross partnership growth and development - always sharing best practise.
  • High stakes Communication and Decision Framing: Board level communication skills - the ability to simplify complex issues, present risks, scenarios and opportunities clearly to senior leaders. The ability to role model our culture and demonstrate high level accountability. Adaptive and influential with calm authority - influencing teams to align behind shared goals through expertise.

This is a Full time permanent contract based at our Head Office in London .
