As Head of Fintech, Europe, you'll own and grow one of our most strategic verticals. By scaling partnerships with fintechs you’ll drive adoption of our connectivity platform across Europe’s most ambitious financial players. This role sits at the intersection of BD, product strategy, and market expansion — perfect for someone who thrives in highly cross-functional, fast-moving environments.
The role can be located in one of our EU Hubs (London, Amsterdam, Berlin).
What You Will Do- Define and drive our fintech strategy across Europe — identifying key use cases, launching new GTM motions, and adapting our offering to local market needs.
- Own relationships with fintech partners — from neobanks to card issuers to embedded finance platforms — and convert them into long-term Gigs customers.
- Shape our product roadmap by working closely with product, engineering, and connectivity teams to make sure we’re building the right features for fintech customers.
- Run complex deals end-to-end — from first pitch to commercial negotiation to go-live — while keeping internal teams aligned and accountable.
- Represent Gigs externally at industry events, in content, and across fintech networks to raise our visibility and credibility in the space.
- Build and scale the team — you’ll be the founding leader for fintech in Europe, but not for long. You’ll help us hire the right people and scale the function as we grow.
- Proven track record of leading commercial efforts in or with major fintechs across Europe
- Deep understanding of the fintech landscape: wallets, neobanks, BaaS, cards, embedded finance — you know what these companies care about and how they buy.
- Strategic thinker and strong operator — you’re just as comfortable in a boardroom as you are writing GTM docs or running a product sync.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to pitch, persuade, and build trust with C-level stakeholders.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — you thrive in ambiguity, take ownership, and default to action.
