You'll bring:

  • A relevant engineering qualification in vehicle maintenance, automotive engineering or a related discipline.
  • Significant experience leading engineering operations and teams across multiple locations.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance, workshop management, compliance and engineering best practice.
  • Experience supporting electric vehicle operations, depot electrification, charging infrastructure and engineering readiness programmes.
  • A track record of delivering engineering change and transformation initiatives.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Sound understanding of health, safety, environmental and transport legislation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • A CPC Transport Manager qualification would be advantageous.
