About us:
We’re reinventing how the world uses data centers. Think flexible, optimised colocation services tailored
for your requirements – all with the very best customer support you can imagine. And because our data
centers are powered by sustainable energy, it doesn’t cost the Earth either. It’s the perfect environment

Verne has been recently acquired by Ardian and is currently investing massively into new data centre

• Grid & Market Expertise: Maintain deep working knowledge of grid tariffs, TSO/DSO investment
plans, connection processes, and Nordic power dynamics to advise on site viability, capacity
reservations, and speed-to-market risks.
• Lead PPA strategy: originate and negotiate renewable and baseload contracts aligned with
hyperscale customer expectations for stability and ESG performance.
• Build forecasting processes that connect sales pipeline, operational load profiles, and market
views to drive sizing and timing of PPAs, hedges, and grid capacity commitment.
• Design and implement a holistic end-to-end process integrating procurement, operations
forecasting, and financial hedging.
• Build risk management frameworks that govern exposure, establish hedging principles, and
ensure transparency for executive and investor audiences.
• Develop forecasting and analytics capabilities to align energy purchasing with sales
commitments and operational demand.
• Collaborate across teams—from Finance to Operations and Business Development—to embed
power considerations into planning, contracting, and customer engagement.
