What Do We Do?

Triple Whale is the complete intelligence platform that helps ecommerce brands confidently understand what's working in their business, what's not, and what they should do next.

We pull all your data into one place, give you the measurement tools to actually trust it, then use the smartest AI in the industry to translate it into insights and recommendations. From there, you get tools to put those insights to work — from AI agents that generate creative and take action on your behalf, to automations that make the rest of your tech stack smarter and more effective.

More than 50,000 brands like Pressed Juicery, Ouai and True Classic trust Triple Whale to grow faster with fewer resources — uncovering opportunities and acting on them at a scale that would be impossible manually.

What You're Applying for

We’re hiring our first Head of EMEA to lead the region through its next phase of growth and operational maturity.

This is a foundational leadership role responsible for defining the EMEA strategy and embedding the operational discipline required to deliver predictable, long-term performance.

The Head of EMEA will lead a growing regional team (currently 8+ direct reports) with full accountability for revenue performance across retention, expansion and new business, alongside forecasting accuracy and overall commercial health.  As the senior regional leader, you will represent EMEA within the global organisation, ensuring alignment between regional execution and company-wide priorities.  The role combines commercial leadership, operational rigour and people development, with regular travel across key European markets to support customers, develop the team and expand regional presence.

EMEA represents a significant growth opportunity for Triple Whale.  Product-market fit is strong, demand is accelerating, and this role will be instrumental in converting that momentum into sustainable regional scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and deliver the EMEA growth strategy with full accountability for regional revenue across new business, retention and expansion
  • Own regional performance reporting, ensuring accurate forecasting and a disciplined operating rhythm (pipeline reviews, quarterly outlooks and annual planning)
  • Lead a team of 8–12+ across Sales, Customer Success, Implementation and Partnerships strengthening leadership capability at manager level
  • Identify and deliver structured expansion opportunities within the existing customer base to drive sustainable growth
  • Monitor competitive and market dynamics to proactively identify risks, opportunities and required strategic adjustments
  • Ensure regional go-to-market execution aligns with global strategy while adapting appropriately to local market conditions
  • Establish consistent, scalable processes across diverse European markets
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to support strategic customer engagement and senior stakeholder conversations
  • Partner closely with functional leaders across the Americas to align on global priorities and best practices, to ensure EMEA is tightly connected to broader commercial and product strategy
  • Build and maintain a visible regional presence through regular travel across Europe, strengthening customer relationships, developing partnerships and reinforcing brand credibility

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years’ leadership experience across Sales, Customer Success or General Management within high-growth, fast-scaling environments, including senior Sales or CS leadership and, in some cases, GM or founder experience
  • Proven ownership of multi-country revenue targets with direct accountability for new business, retention and expansion across EMEA
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling regional operations, with a strong understanding of EMEA market dynamics
  • Strong track record of retention- and expansion-led growth within SaaS environments
  • Experience implementing structured, scalable operating processes across a region
  • Track record of building and leading high-performing teams, developing managers and driving organisational maturity
Our Values
  • We Are Customer Obsessed: From our mission to every detailed project, everything we do is designed to create a positive impact for our customers.
  • We Move (Very!) Quickly: The speed at which we work, iterate, and deliver value is our most competitive advantage.
  • We Are Trustworthy: Candor, directness, and honest communication helps us learn, grow and improve so we can win together.
  • We Are Curious: We extend beyond our comfort zone and ask questions that guide us towards new, creative, and bold paths.
  • We Act Like A Mensch: We act with honor, integrity and empathy, and have deep respect for our customers and each other.
