We’ve assembled a world-class team of AI and ML experts, go-to-market leaders, and top-tier investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Greylock Partners, Sequoia, and former AT&T CEO John Donovan. Our valued customers include brands like Intuit, Cox Communications, Hilton, and Carmax and we’ve been recognized by Forbes and Bain Consulting as one of the top private AI companies in the world.

Join us on this thrilling journey to revolutionize the workforce with AI. The future of work is here, and it's at Cresta. We are expanding our global footprint—starting with EMEA.

About the role:

Cresta is hiring our first Head of EMEA. This is a rare opportunity to establish and scale a region from the ground up. You will be responsible for defining and executing the EMEA go-to-market strategy, building and leading a high-performance team, and personally landing and expanding our earliest enterprise accounts in the region. You’ll partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales to bring Cresta’s value to strategic customers across Europe.

Location preference: London-based

Responsibilities:

  • Define and own Cresta’s EMEA go-to-market strategy, aligned with global company goals
  • Lead all revenue-generating activities in the region, including enterprise sales, channel strategy, and customer growth
  • Act as a player-coach: personally drive high-value opportunities while recruiting and developing a world-class regional team
  • Build the foundational GTM infrastructure across sales, marketing, partnerships, and post-sale support
  • Represent EMEA customer needs internally to Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities

Qualifications We Value:

  • 10+ years of experience leading regional or country-level go-to-market efforts in Europe, ideally as a GM or Head of Sales
  • Proven track record selling complex enterprise SaaS solutions to strategic accounts
  • Deep understanding of the customer experience (CX) ecosystem and how AI is reshaping it
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and team-building capabilities
  • Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus

Preferred

  • Experience launching or significantly scaling a GTM function in a new region
  • Background in AI, contact center technology, or enterprise CX platforms

Perks & Benefits:

  • We offer Cresta employees a variety of medical, dental, and vision plans, designed to fit you and your family’s needs
  • Vacation time to promote a healthy work-life blend
  • Paid parental leave to support you and your family
  • Monthly communication and wellbeing stipend
  • Work from home office set up allowance to help you succeed in a remote environment.

Compensation:

Compensation for this position includes a base salary, OTE, equity, and a variety of benefits. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable. We are actively hiring for this role in EMEA, your recruiter can provide further details.

We have noticed a rise in recruiting impersonations across the industry, where scammers attempt to access candidates' personal and financial information through fake interviews and offers. All Cresta recruiting email communications will always come from the @cresta.ai domain. Any outreach claiming to be from Cresta via other sources should be ignored.  If you are uncertain whether you have been contacted by an official Cresta employee, reach out to [email protected]
