We are looking for an experienced Head of E-Commerce and Digital Marketing (f/m/d) to take responsibility for and drive forward the development and implementation of requirements in the context of digital customer interaction. You are the architect of our digital customer experience and ensure that all digital topics from the marketing, sales and service departments work together seamlessly. Your focus is on the holistic view and optimization of our digital interfaces to provide our customers with an outstanding and consistent brand experience.
In this key position, you will report directly to the Director Marketing & Communication and play a key role in creating and continuously developing the technical requirements for a perfect digital brand experience.

Your tasks:

  • Develop and implement digital strategies that align with business objectives and ensure effective customer relationship management through the CRM system

  • Manage e-commerce platforms and digital sales channels and implement marketing automation tools to support digital marketing and optimize processes

  • Monitoring industry trends and identifying and implementing new digital technologies, including the further development of social media platforms and the integration of artificial intelligence (AI)

  • Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives and drive continuous performance improvement of the team

  • Leading a global team of approximately 15 people and driving the development and transformation of the department into a strategically aligned unit with greater impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing activities

  • Develop the department into a strategically aligned unit that significantly increases the efficiency and effectiveness of digital activities

 Your profile:

  • Degree in Business and Media Informatics or a comparable field with many years of experience in digital marketing, e-business, CRM, and marketing technology

  • Well-developed leadership skills with a proven ability to lead and inspire a team of internal and external members, as well as providing support in change processes

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and e-commerce platforms with a deep understanding of their integration and optimization, as well as the development and implementation of strategies to promote digital transformation

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make informed decisions

  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in Englisch; additional German skills are a bonus
