Superside is seeking a Director of Sales Operations to join our world-class Revenue Operations team, specializing in sales operations. This role is instrumental in driving operational excellence, process optimization, revenue forecasting, and analytics across the sales organization.

You will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, RevOps, and Finance to ensure the sales organization is operating at peak performance and has the tools, insights, and infrastructure needed to scale efficiently. This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations and acts as their strategic right hand in overseeing sales systems, strategy, and execution.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with Sales and GTM leadership to design and execute scalable go-to-market strategies
  • Lead annual and quarterly planning, including territory design, capacity modeling, and quota allocation
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights on pipeline performance, forecasting, and growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain accurate reporting and dashboards to track sales performance across segments
  • Optimize sales processes to remove friction and improve conversion rates
  • Oversee the sales tech stack, ensuring tools are integrated, reliable, and fully adopted
  • Align with Marketing Ops, Customer Success Ops, and Finance for seamless lead flow and reporting
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing Sales Ops team while staying hands-on where needed

What you’ll need to succeed

  • 8+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy within a scaling B2B SaaS company, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record supporting multi-segment, multi-geo sales organizations
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce and related sales tools, with strong CRM architecture, reporting, and automation skills
  • Experience managing and developing operations team members while staying hands-on
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build models, interpret complex data, and extract clear insights
  • Exceptional project management and change management capabilities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence at all levels
  • Experience building and leading high-performing Sales Ops teams is a plus
