Ohme has been selling its chargers to consumers since mid 2019 and has had exponential growth since. We are now operating in multiple countries and have partnerships with the likes of VW, Mercedes, Octopus Energy, and other innovative brands.

We’re looking for a strategic, growth-focused Head of Digital Marketing to lead the team that powers Ohme’s commercial engine - driving sales, customer lifetime value, and brand growth.

This role combines the rigor of performance marketing with the breadth of digital brand-building. You’ll own paid acquisition and ROI-focused channels, while also overseeing the wider digital ecosystem - SEO, content, social, CRM, and lifecycle marketing - to create a connected, scalable growth engine. 

At Ohme, growth is mission-critical. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we win in market - blending performance strategy, storytelling, and operational excellence to deliver measurable outcomes. 


Key Responsibilities 

  • Own and lead the end-to-end digital marketing strategy, spanning acquisition, engagement, and lifecycle campaigns. 
  • Drive performance marketing and paid media strategy optimising for CAC, ROI, and pipeline contribution. 
  • Oversee SEO, content, and social media, ensuring visibility, engagement, and organic growth. 
  • Lead customer engagement and CRM, ensuring lifecycle comms, onboarding flows, and retention initiatives increase adoption and CLV. 
  • Manage marketing operations & analytics, ensuring data, reporting, and platforms enable intelligent decision-making. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Brand, and Engineering to align marketing activity with business goals. 

About You – Skills & Experience 

  • Proven track record in digital and performance marketing leadership across paid, CRM, SEO, and social. 
  • Strong analytical operator with experience managing CAC, CLV, ROI, and pipeline metrics. 
  • Hands-on expertise in paid acquisition platforms, SEO, CRM tools (Customer.io a plus), and marketing automation. 
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams - balancing strategy, creative storytelling, and execution. 
  • Comfortable using AI, experimentation, and test-and-learn methods to optimise engagement and performance. 
  • Collaborative leader who can align diverse stakeholders around a cohesive, commercially focused strategy.

  • Improved organic visibility and engagement through SEO, content, and social. 
  • Higher adoption, retention, and CLV through lifecycle marketing.
