Hybrid role - 2 to 3 days a week on site

The Head of Digital Marketing Analytics will lead the global measurement, attribution, and insights framework for Logitech’s digital marketing ecosystem. This role sits at the core of the Digital Marketing Center of Excellence (COE) and is responsible for defining standardized KPIs, reporting frameworks, and advanced measurement methodologies across Paid, Owned and Earned channels.

The role ensures that marketing investments across paid, owned, and earned channels are measured consistently and optimized through robust data-driven insights. By partnering with Business Groups, Regions, Product teams, and agency partners, this leader will drive a unified analytics framework that supports both hardware sales and software ecosystem growth.

This position will also lead the development of forward-looking measurement capabilities, including AI-driven discovery analytics (LLMO/AEO) and next-generation attribution models.

Key ResponsibilitiesGlobal Measurement Framework
  • Define and maintain the global KPI framework across Paid Media, Organic Marketing (SEO, organic social, content), Creators programs, and Software Marketing initiatives.

  • Standardize performance measurement across Business Groups and Regions to ensure consistency, transparency, and comparability.

  • Own the evolution of enterprise marketing dashboards including the Digital Marketing Brand Scorecard.

  • Ensure measurement frameworks capture the full impact of paid, owned, and earned marketing activities.
     

Analytics Infrastructure & Data Governance
  • Collaborate with Digital Office to develop an analytics framework leveraging the Marketing Data Hub (Snowflake, Adverity, Tableau).

  • Define and enforce data taxonomy, naming conventions, and governance standards across marketing platforms.

  • Integrate datasets spanning paid media platforms, organic marketing channels, creators platforms, web analytics, and software marketing analytics.

  • Partner with Ad Tech, Digital Office teams to ensure scalable and AI-ready analytics infrastructure.
     

Attribution & Marketing Effectiveness
  • Define Logitech’s global attribution strategy across paid media, organic channels, creators ecosystems, and software marketing initiatives.

  • Ensure attribution models capture the combined impact of paid campaigns, organic discovery, content marketing, creators programs, and product-led growth signals.

  • Guide the implementation of advanced measurement methodologies including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), incrementality testing, and attribution modeling.

  • Provide frameworks to measure software adoption, engagement, and lifecycle marketing impact.
     

Emerging Channel & AI Discovery Measurement
  • Define measurement frameworks for LLMO / AEO (AI discovery and generative search visibility).

  • Track emerging metrics such as LLM Share of Voice, AI-driven discovery traffic, and generative search engagement.

  • Identify new measurement opportunities related to AI-driven consumer discovery behaviors.
     

Insights & Strategic Guidance
  • Deliver advanced insights on performance trends, audience behavior, and marketing effectiveness.

  • Provide strategic recommendations to optimize marketing investments across paid and organic channels.

  • Identify opportunities for AI-driven analytics and predictive insights.
     

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Act as the global analytics partner for Paid Media, Social Media, Creators, Organic Marketing, and Software Marketing teams across Business Groups.

  • Support regional teams in adopting standardized reporting frameworks and measurement best practices.

  • Collaborate with agency partners and vendors to strengthen data-driven decision making across the organization.


Profile & Requirements
  • 10+ years experience in digital marketing analytics, marketing science, or data-driven marketing roles.

  • Deep expertise in digital performance measurement across Paid Media, Social Media, and content ecosystems.

  • Strong knowledge of attribution methodologies including MMM, incrementality testing, and multi-touch attribution.

  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights for senior leadership.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience operating in global, matrixed organizations.

  • Experience leveraging AI and automation to scale analytics and insights generation is a strong advantage.
