What you'll be doing

The Head of Digital (maternity cover) is responsible for leading the digital strategy to maximise audience growth and accelerate commercial success. You will report to the Managing Director and oversee all digital content, blending instinctive market knowledge with a first-class SEO pedigree to build rankings performance and embed these processes across the team. Experience that will put you ahead of the curve

  • Experience driving digital growth, such as increasing subscriber bases by 20%+ through content strategies or campaigns.
  • Prior leadership experience in an overseer or managerial capacity, managing cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with the wine industry or enthusiast communities is advantageous but not essential
  • A passion for premium content and user-centric digital experiences.
