  • Build and execute Moss’s data and insights roadmap, unifying data across Product, GTM, and Operations.

  • Define a clear data ownership model ensuring alignment and adoption of business-critical metrics across all functions.

  • Establish data quality SLAs and governance frameworks to ensure “one source of truth” for all operational and commercial data.

  • Drive growth via actionable data insights: Partner with commercial, product and operations leadership to identify opportunities for growth, process optimization, and enhancements to the business' unit economics

  • Serve as a Key Stakeholder for Executive Leadership: Act as a vital link between data and leadership to understand their needs, align on objectives, and support with insights that drive strategic decision-making

  • Lead a team of commercially-minded BI experts: Build and guide a team of commercial data experts that is embedded in core GTM functions in their day-to-day work

  • Demonstrate hands-on Technical Expertise: Challenge and upgrade our existing data and reporting infrastructure - both from a conceptual as well as execution perspective

About you

  • Proven leadership experience in a GTM analytics role, strategically advising commercial and product teams - ideally within a B2B SaaS scale-up environment

  • Expertise with BI and analytics tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or equivalent; proficiency with SQL and data modelling. Working experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, etc.

  • You are fluent in English

In addition, here are the skills and attributes we are looking for:.

  • Analytical and Technical Proficiency: Exceptional analytical skills

  • Commercial mindset: Understanding of SaaS revenue models, coupled with the ability to connect data insights to strategic business objectives

  • Storytelling: Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to take initiative, identify issues, and propose solutions

  • Leadership: Leverages skills and experience to ensure the team efficiently delivers high quality work, with tangible outcomes. You build high performing teams by creating a supportive culture based on mutual trust
