The Head of CRM will integrate CRM initiatives into sales processes, manage lead generation, and develop key relationships with various departments to enhance sales conversions at Auto Bavaria.

Auto Bavaria Retail- Integrate CRM and CLM retention initiatives into the dealership’s sales processes.
- Implement BMW Malaysia Group’s CRM and CLM directives into dealership's processes with benchmark setting and performance monitoring for AB Group and Branches.
- Manage, plan and implement to generate leads, manage sales funnel and push for sales conversion for BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad.
- Develop and maintain key relationships with Marketing, Sales, Aftersales, Digital Transformation, IT, Customer Call Centre, Finance and BMW Malaysia to ensure all processes and deliverable are met including enhancements / modifications.
- Support sales and marketing with effective communications across different platforms to ensures robust RSVP that leads to high turn-up and successful sales conversions.
