To help us achieve this, we’re looking for a CRM leader to join our London team as Head of CRM for an exciting 12-month maternity cover opportunity.

You will lead the development and delivery of our CRM strategy across both consumer and partner audiences. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will own the end-to-end CRM function, ensuring communications are engaging, personalised, and impactful. You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Data and Commercial teams to deliver CRM activity that supports business growth, strengthens customer relationships and drives measurable results.

What you’ll be doing

  • Define and execute the CRM strategy for both consumers (home movers, renters, buyers, sellers) and partners (estate agents, developers, commercial clients)
  • Lead the CRM team of 6 people, ensuring campaigns are insight-driven, customer-centric, and aligned with brand and business objectives
  • Be an active member of the Marketing Leadership team, with strategic and operational responsibility across the marketing function
  • Working closely with Partner with Data, Product, and Technology teams to improve CRM systems, tools, and capabilities
  • Oversee measurement and reporting of CRM performance, sharing insights and recommendations with the CMO and wider leadership team
  • Manage relationships with CRM technology providers and agency partners
  • Manage the CRM roadmap, ensuring activity is prioritised based on commercial impact and customer value
  • Drive innovation in lifecycle communications, personalisation, segmentation, and marketing automation
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and data privacy regulations across all CRM activity

Who you are

  • Proven track record leading CRM strategy in a high-volume, consumer-facing environment
  • Experience managing a multi-disciplined CRM team including technical delivery & performance analysis
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to link CRM activity to measurable business outcomes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing at senior levels
  • Knowledge of Customer Engagement Platforms like Braze or Iterable
  • Experience delivering multi-channel strategies across Push, Email & Onsite 
  • Knowledge of Sales CRM systems like Sugar CRM or Salesforce is a plus, but not essential
  • Knowledge of property or online marketplace industries is a plus, but not essential
  • Strong leadership skills, able to inspire and manage a team to deliver at pace
  • Strong understanding of customer data, segmentation, and marketing automation platforms
  • Experience managing B2B/partner CRM alongside consumer communications
