Role: Head of Creative Operations
Function: Creative Delivery | Performance Tracking | Operational Excellence
Reports to: Performance Director
Location: Hybrid – Hambi Media HQ, Oval, Central London
Remuneration: Salary + Bonus / Benefit Scheme + 27 Days Paid Holiday

Overview

Hambi Media is one of the UK’s fastest-growing performance creative agencies for e-commerce brands, with 40+ high-performing team members and over £100M in ad spend across Meta and TikTok. Our clients include The Essence Vault, Space Goods, Hairburst, 47 Skin and more.

As we continue scaling in 2025 and beyond, we’re looking for a Head of Creative Operations to lead the delivery engine of our creative team. This is not a creative ideation role — it's a leadership role focused on process, performance, team management, and client satisfaction.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring that our creative output is delivered on time, at the highest quality, and is tightly aligned with client goals and performance KPIs. You’ll streamline systems, track output, build team accountability, and work closely with cross-functional leads to keep operations running like clockwork.

The Role

We’re seeking a commercially-minded, detail-driven, and operationally excellent leader to head up our creative delivery function. You’ll be the key driver of performance and accountability across the creative team, ensuring exceptional delivery to clients through smart systems, team management, and rigorous performance tracking.

You’ll work alongside the Creative Director and internal stakeholders to bring clarity, predictability, and control to the creative workflow, ensuring output scales with client demand while maintaining high standards.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities...Creative Delivery & Project Oversight
  • Lead the Creative Strategy team, ensuring deadlines, quality, performance and expectations are consistently met.
  • Implement systems and structures that improve team performance, reduce bottlenecks, and streamline internal operations to drive efficiency gains.
Performance Management & KPI Ownership
  • Define and monitor core KPIs across the performance creative team (e.g., output per strategist, churn rate, ad account growth).
  • Drive powerful reporting of department KPIs to measure team and individual performance.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement action plans or support structures to drive improvement.
Team Management & Development
  • Lead and manage a growing team of creative strategists, providing structure, feedback, and performance coaching.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, 1:1s, and reviews to align goals and drive accountability.
  • Foster a high-performance culture with clear expectations, strong communication, and continuous learning.
Client Satisfaction & Quality Control
  • Act as a senior point of contact for internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and consistent quality across accounts.
  • Gather feedback from client teams to improve processes and exceed client satisfaction metrics.
  • Maintain internal quality control measures, ensuring all creative aligns with brief, brand, and performance intent.
Operational Efficiency & Workflow Design
  • Continuously refine creative workflows, processes, and collaboration tools to improve speed and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Champion cross-team collaboration with Media Buyers, Account Managers, and Production to ensure alignment.
  • Work closely with leadership to plan resourcing, recruitment, and scaling of the creative function.
Reporting & Data Insights
  • Analyse creative team performance data to identify trends, risks, or opportunities.
  • Present regular reports to leadership on team performance, workload capacity, and client delivery metrics.
  • Ensure data-driven decision-making is embedded in the creative process.
What We’re Looking For...Experience
  • 5+ years in an operations, delivery, or team management role within a creative, performance marketing, or digital agency environment.
  • Strong track record of improving operational workflows and team efficiency in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • Experience managing project delivery across multiple clients and teams simultaneously.
Leadership & People Skills
  • Excellent people manager with the ability to build structure, enforce accountability, and lead with empathy.
  • Confident in coaching and developing high-potential talent.
  • Able to balance strategic oversight with hands-on involvement when needed.
Operational Thinking
  • Systems and process-oriented, with an eye for efficiency and optimisation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Comfortable working with data, performance dashboards, and KPI-based leadership.
Communication & Collaboration
  • Clear communicator with strong client-facing skills (though not a primary client role).
  • Highly collaborative, with a proven ability to align cross-functional teams and drive results.
Benefits
  • Client Portfolio: Work with top-tier D2C and e-commerce brands across various industries.
  • People First: Join a team of high-performing, ambitious creatives and strategists who value excellence and collaboration.
  • Career Growth: Shape a growing department and be a key player in agency scale and success.
  • Hybrid Flexibility: Work from our Central London HQ and enjoy remote flexibility.
  • Benefits Package: Private health, 27 days paid holiday (+ birthday off), flexible work abroad scheme, and regular team socials.
