Logitech is the Sweet Spot for people who want their actions to have a positive global impact while having the flexibility to do it in their own way.

The Role:

At Logitech, our success is rooted in innovation, inclusion, and responsible design. As the Director, Global Head of GCO Communications, you will drive the communications vision for our Global Commercial Organization (GCO) and Chief Commercial Officer, ensuring our story resonates consistently and meaningfully across every region.

You will be a strategic advisor and facilitator—connecting teams, nurturing diverse voices, and championing communications excellence. Applying design thinking, you’ll imagine solutions with empathy for our people and markets, balancing global strategy with locally relevant execution. Every message you shape will reflect Logitech’s commitment to sustainability, purpose, and the genuine warmth that defines our brand culture.

You will need to be a Swiss Army Knife of communications, working on everything from internal communications and employee engagement for the global group; to executive communications for the CCO; to crisis communications in any of our 150 global markets; to helping our local marketing leaders nail important product launches. This role is incredibly dynamic and requires a leader who understands how to translate global strategies into local execution and operations.

Your Contribution:

Be Yourself. Be Open. Stay Hungry and Humble. Collaborate. Challenge. Decide and just Do. Share our passion for Equality and the Environment. These are the behaviors and values you’ll need for success at Logitech.

1. Strategic Counsel & Corporate Communications

  • Employee Engagement: Guide regional leaders in sharing GCO priorities with employees with clarity and authenticity, modeling inclusive and accessible communication.

  • Crisis & Issues Management: Coordinate regional crisis support ensuring alignment to global standards and our responsibility to people and planet.

  • Market Consultation: Advise markets on locally resonant communications and agency partnerships, embedding Logitech’s values of innovation and diversity.

  • Sustainability Messaging: Integrate Logitech’s sustainability and positive social impact commitments into all external and internal narratives.

2. Global to Local Communications Operations

  • Global-to-Local Synchronization: Serve as the “bridge” between global and regional teams, transforming global strategy into effective, relatable toolkits and local stories.

  • Content Effectiveness: Continually review and enhance communications channels, ensuring teams have the resources they need without information overload.

  • Toolkit Development: Design and deploy adaptable communications toolkits, templates, and playbooks that local teams can easily tailor to their unique audiences and market conditions.

  • Coaching & Capacity Building: Provide hands-on training, mentoring, and support to regional communications professionals, empowering them to execute with excellence while reflecting Logitech’s tone, values, and global priorities.

  • Managing Global Nuance: Advise on cultural and regulatory nuances, ensuring strategies respect local diversity and comply with regional requirements, while preserving core brand consistency.

  • Feedback Loops: Establish mechanisms for regular feedback and knowledge-sharing, so local insights continuously inform and refine global approaches.

3. Thought Leadership & Digital Engagement

  • Executive Visibility: Build external profile for CCO and market leaders in channel/reseller, technology and local media. Develop compelling LinkedIn and digital content calendars for regional executives, elevating our experts as inclusive, innovative voices.

  • Amplify Success: Identify and share regional achievements to inspire global teams, celebrating stories reflective of our values.

  • Innovative Platforms: Explore new formats and technologies to engage audiences and showcase Logitech’s leadership in responsible innovation.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • 10–12+ years of responsibility in global corporate communications; background in technology highly regarded.

  • Global mindset: Ability to collaborate across cultures, respecting individual perspectives and fostering inclusion; international experience strongly preferred.

  • Design Thinking: Skilled at applying empathy and creativity to challenge the status quo and develop audience-centered communications solutions.

  • Influencing Skills: Strong record of advising senior leaders and inspiring action beyond your direct remit.

  • Strategic & Operational Agility: Adept at navigating between high-level strategy and hands-on execution in a dynamic, innovative, and collaborative environment.

  • Purpose & Sustainability Passion: Demonstrated commitment to sustainability, social responsibility, and making a positive impact.

What We Offer:

  • The opportunity to shape Logitech’s global commercial narrative with openness and creativity

  • A truly inclusive culture where every voice and idea matters

  • A chance to advance sustainability and innovation, not just in what we say, but in how we connect with the world
