  • Lead the cigar service on a daily basis, setting the tone for a refined yet welcoming atmosphere.

  • Oversee daily operations with a calm, attentive approach, ensuring a consistently polished and comfortable guest experience.

  • Train and guide team members in cigar knowledge and service standards, ensuring confidence and consistency.

  • Ensure all regulatory and compliance standards are met with care and diligence relating to cigar storage and service with accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior cigar-focused role within a luxury hotel, private members’ club or specialist environment.

  • Deep knowledge of cigar origins, production methods, ageing, storage and service.

  • A refined understanding of luxury service, with an emphasis on discretion and personalisation.

  • Strong commercial awareness, with experience managing inventory and supplier relationships.

  • Confident communicator, able to engage a diverse and international clientele with ease.

  • A calm, considered presence, with exceptional attention to detail.
