About Jupiter

Jupiter is one of the UK’s leading investment management companies with just under 500 employees and £50.4 billion worth of assets under management (as at 30th September 2025).

Jupiter provides investment services to individual and institutional investors through mutual funds (UK unit trusts, Luxembourg SICAVs and Dublin OEICs), separately managed accounts and sub-advised funds. Jupiter has experienced a period of international growth with offices open in EMEA and APAC.

The majority of our employees are based in our London office located just minutes from Victoria station which provides stair-free access from both the Underground’s Victoria line and National Rail platforms, as well as limited road crossings to the Jupiter office. Our London office was designed to encourage employees to live active, healthy lives with floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for greater natural light and the benefit of a private balcony, table tennis room, cycle storage and on-site shower and locker facilities. The short distance to Green Park and St James' Park also provides employees with a natural space to relax during their lunch break and a healthy alternative to office-based meetings.

We offer our UK employees a 3:2 hybrid working arrangement where Tuesdays, Thursdays and a third day of your choice are worked from the office. The other two days may be worked from home.  This facilitates collaboration and allows employees to maximise productivity whilst maintaining a healthy work/life balance.

Background

The Head of Channel Marketing is responsible for defining and executing Jupiter’s global channel marketing strategy across client segments. This senior leadership role includes creating and owning the Jupiter Marketing Plan in close collaboration with the Head of Client Group, Head of Client Experience, and Sales Leadership. The role bridges client-facing needs with CX platforms (data, content, and technology) to ensure marketing efforts deliver impactful client experiences, support good client outcomes, and drive revenue growth. This position transforms channel marketing into a strategic growth engine, aligning efforts with Jupiter’s Client Group objectives, global business development priorities, the Jupiter investment platform and channel-specific strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Planning

  • Define and own the Jupiter Marketing Plan, ensuring alignment with:
    • Global and channel-specific business development strategy.
    • Jupiter’s brand positioning and growth objectives.
  • Partner with Client Group Leadership to prioritise:
    • Which investment strategies/funds/vehicles to promote to which client segments and in which markets.
    • Allocate budgets and select the most effective marketing channels (events, partnerships, content syndication, advertising, email, social media, etc.).
  • Support extra product/strategic campaigns to accelerate growth in priority areas.
  • Act as the strategic guardian of Jupiter’s external agency relationships, ensuring best-in-class creative execution, measurable ROI, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish a global campaign calendar for alignment, consistency, and scalability across regions.
  • Develop performance scorecards and KPIs to track effectiveness and inform future marketing and CX decisions.

Strategic Impact

  • Act as a brand steward and client experience champion, ensuring marketing initiatives enhance engagement, retention, and revenue growth. Lead thought leadership and cross-selling opportunities, contributing to senior leadership discussions on firm-wide growth. Excel in hybrid environments, balancing vendor-partner dynamics to deliver distinctive positioning amid competitive pressures.

CX Integration & Enablement

  • Bridge client-facing needs with CX platforms, ensuring marketing campaigns leverage data, content, and technology to deliver personalised and impactful experiences.
  • Embed CX tools and platforms (CRM, marketing automation, analytics dashboards) into campaign workflows to ensure seamless client journeys.
  • Collaborate with Data & Analytics teams to apply insights from client behaviour, segmentation, and feedback into campaign design and optimisation.
  • Drive adoption of CX capabilities across marketing teams, ensuring campaigns are client-centric and measurable.
  • Oversee lead management processes, including scoring, nurturing, and conversion tracking, to improve sales enablement and client experience.
  • Actively contribute to automation and operational efficiency initiatives (e.g., presentation process consolidation, Monday.com adoption, HELIX project integration).

Channel Leadership

  • Ensure multi-channel strategies (events, partnerships, digital, content hubs) are integrated with CX systems for consistent messaging and measurable impact.
  • Balance traditional and digital channels, focusing on client engagement and experience rather than channel volume.
  • Partner with Sales and the wider Client Experience teams to align marketing initiatives with relationship-building and retention objectives.
  • Increase scale by targeting key channels/geographies and supporting institutional growth through timely delivery of thought leadership content with measurable client feedback.

Desired Skills / Experience

  • 10+ years in asset management marketing, with strong knowledge of investment products and sales ecosystems, preferably in a global role before
  • Proven ability to create and execute marketing plans aligned with business development strategies.
  • Expertise in integrating marketing strategies with CX platforms and tools to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners
