Responsibilities:

  • Leading the development and execution of enterprise-wide change management strategies aligned with transformation goals.

  • Establishing and maturing a Change Management Centre of Excellence, setting standards, tools and methodologies to support change initiatives.

  • Collaborating with project teams, business leaders, and technology partners to design and implement change plans that address impacts across business, process, technology, and people.

  • Driving stakeholder engagement and communication strategies to foster understanding, buy-in, and ownership of change initiatives.

  • Supporting the measurement and reporting of change adoption, impact, and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve change strategies.

  • Building change management capabilities across the organisation through coaching, training, and knowledge sharing.

  • Serving as a change management thought leader, advocating for a culture of agility, resilience, and continuous improvement.

  • Managing and developing the team of Change Managers

  • Supporting leadership in change-related decision-making, risk mitigation, and resistance management.
