The Role:
As we expand our portfolio, we are seeking a dynamic Head of Business Operations to oversee the daily operations and drive operational excellence across our diverse ecosystem of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness across all projects within Ergonia Labs.
- Translate strategic objectives into operational plans across business lines, including venture studio, trading, and protocol ventures.
- Lead Liaison with internal and external stakeholders, including DRW, Cumberland, legal advisors, vendors, and development partners.
- Oversee entity formation, banking infrastructure, ensuring alignment with legal, financial, and regulatory standards.
- Deliver clear operational reporting and actionable performance insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between Finance, HR, and Legal to deliver on business goals.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize performance and support strategic initiatives.
- Provide leadership through line management, coaching, and performance oversight, fostering a high-performing and accountable culture.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in business operations, with a strong background in fintech, venture capital, or the crypto industry.
- Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams, with excellent project management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Experience in developing operational policies and procedures that drive efficiency and promote best practices.
- Passion for technology and innovation, coupled with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
