We are searching for an inspiring and visionary Head of Brand Marketing to lead the next chapter in the recent evolution of Endura. As the Head of Brand Marketing, you will shape and execute a bold, disruptive, and strategic global marketing plan that shapes and delivers Endura mission.

You will drive brand relevance, community engagement, and consumer connection through social-first storytelling, influencer and athlete marketing, and best-in-class events and activations. Reporting to the SVP of Endura, this role requires a visionary leader who understands how to embed brands into culture and drive measurable impact.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the global brand partnerships strategy, securing and managing high-impact collaborations that elevate brand perception and commercial success.

  • Develop and oversee the global marketing strategy, ensuring alignment across all regions while allowing for local market adaptation.

  • Work collaboratively with regional directors in key markets to ensure seamless execution of brand strategy and marketing initiatives.

  • Champion a social-first, digital-first approach to marketing, ensuring campaigns are innovative, shareable, and culturally relevant.

  • Build and engage communities that drive brand loyalty, advocacy, and long-term consumer relationships.

  • Lead influencer and athlete marketing, identifying, and activating key partners to amplify brand impact and drive authentic advocacy.

  • Oversee global events, activations, and experiential marketing, ensuring Endura is at the forefront of cultural moments.

  • Partner with creative, PR, and media teams to develop compelling brand storytelling across all global platforms.

  • Work closely with the product, design, and innovation teams to ensure Endura continues to lead in high-performance, stylish and distinctive cycling gear.

  • Align closely with commercial, digital, and product teams to drive a unified brand strategy and maximise return on investment.

  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, ensuring a data-driven approach to optimising marketing effectiveness.

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global brand marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

What you’ll bring:

  • A proven strategic leader with a track record of driving global brand growth and cultural relevance.

  • A marketer who challenges and has expertise in social-first marketing, influencer and athlete partnerships, and community building.

  • A visionary brand builder who understands how to integrate storytelling, activations, and digital marketing to deepen consumer connection.

  • A commercially savvy leader who balances creativity with data-driven decision-making.

  • A strong cross-functional collaborator, aligning marketing with product, commercial, and digital strategies.

  • A resilient and energetic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Likes working in small dynamic teams and brings optimism, drive, and a sense of humour.
