Core Mission:
Define brand & sales strategies whilst providing leadership to the sales and marketing team. Ensure winning commercial propositions and financial control for the NNS, Sell Out and Variable Marketing Through the provision of a high level of analysis, insight and wider strategic vision, enable Galderma and its partners to identify and exploit business opportunities, which support the Company’s strategic objectives to grow the current business and develop new business across the different Galderma brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide input to and lead implementation of Sales & Marketing Management plans and manage activities concerned with business development, product/band, in line with business and financial objectives, Group guidelines and policies
- Responsible for the marketing and sales team focusing on the development of their skills, implementing a growth mind-set and securing retention
- Prepare Sales & Marketing plans and policies to evaluate, measure, and manage the product/brand P&L (e.g., budgeting, expenditures, profitability, return-on-investment, etc.)
- Execute Sales & Marketing plans and policies related to planning, developing, and delivering the marketing strategy for products and its brands
- Prioritize and coordinate sales & business development activities, including the development of alliance/channel/network partnerships
- Understand and analyze ongoing Sales & Marketing processes to ensure product/brand sales volumes as well as the profit targets are met
- Develop and formulate plans to implement brand activities to expand brand presence within brand-approved quality standard
- Establish and maintain potential relationship with all stakeholders within and outside the organization
- Work in partnership with global brand team to implement global strategy and activities
Differentiator
- A highly experienced manager who is accountable for a specific area within a nominated job family at Global/Regional level or may even lead the job family at country level
- Responsible for short to mid-term (1-3 years) execution of functional strategy and operational direction
- Problems faced are often complex and require extensive investigation and analysis and solved based on functional knowledge and methodologies
Management Responsibility
- Manage a department that includes multiple experienced managers, professionals and/or other Team Leaders and Managers
- Executes on short to mid-term operational plans for optimizing the organization and hires new talent when needed
- Has budget accountability for own job family/area and/or manage elements of the budget.
Stakeholders
- Communicate and influence senior business leaders outside of own job area to accept practices and approaches
- Develop strong, trusting relationships with senior business leaders across Galderma

Experience Level & Requirements
- 10+ years commercial experience, Sales &/or Brand management
- A demonstrable record of success delivering key commercial KPIs.
- Successful track record of developing people and managing a team.
- Strong understanding of key business functions i.e. Commercial, Finance, Technical, Supply Chain.
- Excellent UK Skincare, Beauty and/or Aesthetics market knowledge.
Education Level
Master's / Bachelors Degree / PhD in Specialist areas
