The Role
 

We are looking for a Head of Affiliates who will be responsible for the management and strategy of the affiliate activity for LiveScore group globally. You will be responsible for ensuring all campaigns are managed to the highest standard, both in areas of performance and compliance, while continuously seeking ways to grow an efficient affiliate channel.  

The role will require an individual who is proactive with a proven track record of effectively scaling an affiliate channel.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop & lead the affiliate strategy across the LiveScore Group of brands.
  • Responsible for the channel’s delivery against agreed acquisition volumes and ROI targets. 
  • Communicating the progress of growth and efficiency KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis to senior stakeholders.
  • Working with the affiliate team to help grow acquisition volumes whilst maintaining an efficient CPA.
  • Lead the negotiation of commercial agreements with key affiliate partnersand ensure partnerships are successful
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders across compliance, product and legal to ensure we’re aligned with any regulatory or T&Cs developments.
  • Working close with the country management team, ensuring performance updates are communicated & understood.
  • Liaise with the brand team to ensure creatives and messaging meet brand guidelines and to ensure we’re aligned with the broader campaign planning process.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on results and any changes to strategy (including c-level stakeholders).
  • Confirming the accuracy of affiliate payments at month end, while ensuring alignment with internal finance and data teams.
  • Work with partners in upholding a strict adherence to compliance requirements around messaging. 

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Proven industry knowledge essential
  • Experience in operating an affiliate channel across multiple geos
  • Experience in leading and developing an affiliate team
  • Excellent understanding of the principles of affiliate marketing, including experience with CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid and Tenancy payment models
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to demonstrate this in negotiating
  • Excellent understanding of KPI Monitoring and compliance tools and reports
  • Excellent knowledge of design processes
  • Proactive and solution oriented delivering against business strategy
