The role, what you’ll do:

We’re looking for a Head of Account Management to lead and scale our UK Account Management function. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving customer retention, expansion revenue, and delivering an exceptional partner experience. You’ll build and inspire a high-performing team, shape our account management strategy, and play a key role in Dext’s UK leadership team.

Revenue Growth & Strategy

  • Own net revenue retention and expansion (upsell & cross-sell)
  • Define and execute the account growth strategy across the UK
  • Drive accurate forecasting and pipeline performance
  • Unlock growth opportunities through value-based selling

Customer Experience & Relationships

  • Build and nurture relationships with key strategic accounts
  • Proactively reduce churn through engagement and risk management
  • Champion the voice of the customer across Product, Marketing, and CS
  • Lead on escalations and ensure a seamless customer experience

Leadership & Team Development

  • Hire, coach, and scale a high-performing Account Management team
  • Drive performance through KPIs, coaching, and continuous feedback
  • Support career growth and create a culture of ownership and excellence

Operational Excellence

  • Implement scalable processes, playbooks, and best practices
  • Leverage data and insights to inform strategy and decision-making
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a world-class customer journey
About you, what we’re looking for:

Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience leading Account Management or Sales teams
  • Track record of building and scaling high-performing teams
  • Experience in SaaS or high-growth environments
  • Strong ownership of revenue targets and forecasting
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Experience with multi-product environments and value-based selling

Leadership & Mindset

  • Inspiring, hands-on leader who leads from the front
  • Customer-first, with strong emotional intelligence
  • Confident decision-maker with a bias for action
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
