Position Overview:

Insulet Corporation is one of the fastest growing medical device companies thanks to the global success of the Omnipod® Insulin Management System in reducing the daily burden for people living with diabetes.

The HCP Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for developing & implementing regional HCP marketing strategy and tactics across Germany, Switzerland and Austria, leading to an acceleration of both patient acquisition and patient retention via HCP accounts across the region. The successful candidate will support the development and execution of the short and long term strategic plan, and refine best practice processes to ensure efficiencies and consistencies in the team’s execution.

This role sits within the GSA Marketing team, reporting into the Head of Marketing and working closely with the Consumer Marketing Manager and regional marketing specialists. The role will also be expected to work coherently with a wide range of external and with focus on internal regional stakeholders like Sales, Medical Affairs, Clinical Training, Legal. This position will also work closely with International HCP Marketing, International Digital Marketing, Sales & Inside Sales, Legal, Clinical Education, Medical, Regulatory & agency partners.

Responsibilities

· Maintain an excellent understanding of the insulin pump, CGM, & hybrid closed loop market across the region; including motivations of Key Players (HCP, Patient, Payer, etc.), barriers to access, and identifying opportunities

· Accountable for developing and supporting the execution of the strategic plan, annual plan, and product launches for HCP audiences

· Prepare new product launches incl HCP multi-channel Marketing strategy

· Act as the liaison for International HCP Marketing, Field Sales teams, Medical Affairs, and Clinical Education teams

· Accountable for managing and leading event strategy for HCP events throughout the region

· Responsible for MLR review for HCP marketing collateral

· Develop and support relevant social media, digital activities, sales materials, and educational materials

· Accountable for managing and executing the relationship and co-promotional opportunities with our Partner’s HCP Marketing counterparts

· Partner with the Consumer Marketing Manager and Specialists on translation and ICR (in-country review) workflow management

· Relationship management of aforementioned and other relevant internal stakeholders and third-party vendors (sponsorship and educational for HCP’s)

Required Skills and Competencies

· Passion and drive to support people with Type 1 diabetes to live life to the fullest

· German native speaker, Fluent in English; French or Italian is a bonus

· Versed in MS Office package (including excellence in PowerPoint), Adobe and database applications

· Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent, complex, and cross-functional projects required

Education and Experience

· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business/Engineering/ Science or equivalent experience is required

· Experience in MedTech industry or pharma

· Experience in diabetes is a bonus

· Specific experience in HCP marketing is a bonus

· Understanding of the EU Med Tech promotional guidelines for healthcare professionals and direct to consumer is a bonus

Additional Information

· The position can be remote or hybrid

· Travel is estimated at 25% but will flex depending on business need
