Hard Services Manager

Salary: £52,500 to £57,500 plus monthly car allowance of £400 and up to 17.5% annual bonus

Hours: 40 per week Monday-Friday

Location: 228 Bath Road, Slough, SL1 4DX

What you'll be doing; 

• Manage site team and coordinate mechanical/electrical activities

• Execute maintenance, calibration, and equipment optimization programs

• Lead engineering technical support team to ensure equipment reliability and availability

• Direct operations team for key environmental systems (e.g., WFI water, air handling, steam supply)

• Manage on-site sub-contractor activities and commercial relationships

• Develop and implement long-term strategic plans in collaboration with the client

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, GMP requirements, and site procedures

• Report key KPIs on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

• Maintain and update training curricula for team members, ensuring technical qualifications

• Oversee budgetary management, cost control, and financial forecasting

What we're looking for;

• Management experience in an industrial utilities environment 

• Demonstrable Health & Safety experience 

• Operating within a regulated environment. 

• Excellent PC Skills & ability to develop and deliver presentations at both client and internal levels. 

• Maintenance and troubleshooting experience of industrial utilities
