Reporting to the LG Technical Senior Manager, the Handbags Pattern Making and Prototyping Manager leads and coordinates all activities related to pattern making and prototyping for women’s handbags. This role acts as the primary interface between the Design and Technical teams, responsible for translating creative concepts into technically feasible models and prototypes, ensuring stylistic consistency and adherence to collection calendars. The position collaborates closely with all involved teams to anticipate and resolve technical challenges, guaranteeing quality and precision throughout the development process.

Key Accountabilities
- Serve as the main point of contact between Design and Technical teams for the transformation of creative ideas into patterns and prototypes for women’s handbags.
- Coordinate and oversee all phases of pattern making and prototyping, ensuring technical feasibility without compromising aesthetics.
- Facilitate communication and problem-solving between creative and technical teams.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Proven experience in pattern making and prototyping of handbags.
- Deep knowledge of leather goods manufacturing processes.
- Leadership and team development abilities
- Fluency in both Italian and English
