Cloudflare One GTM Strategy Manager
Cloudflare is looking for a Strategy Manager to support our Cloudflare One GTM function. This role is a unique opportunity to work closely with the leader of Cloudflare One GTM, serving as a thought partner on strategic initiatives that accelerate SASE revenue and improve how we operate across teams. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role where strategic thinking meets operational execution.
We're looking for someone with a strong background in strategy, business ops, or revenue ops. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving ambiguous problems, and can balance multiple priorities across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives across Cloudflare One GTM, ensuring teams are unblocked, aligned, and operationally efficient.
  • Partner with teams like Product, Sales, Support, and Professional Services to streamline workflows and improve the end to end customer experience for Cloudflare One.
  • Contribute to and help track key SASE growth KPIs, including revenue, market awareness and post-sales adoption.
  • Measure tactical and strategic campaign insights
  • Manage data driven signals and utilization roadmap for internal tools
  • Support and build new strategic programs like Cloudflare Helix and the Cloudflare One Design Partner Program
  • Long-term strategic vision setting for the Cloudflare One GTM team, including org design, team planning, budgeting, tracking, and process improvements.
  • Own and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and teams are aligned.

Examples of Desirable Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
  • 6+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, revenue operations, or product operations, with a track record of managing multiple high-impact initiatives.
  • Strong sense of ownership; someone who takes initiative, works independently, and manages time effectively.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills and the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly customer-centric, with natural curiosity about technical products and a strategic mindset for solving complex problems.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and adjusting priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Proven ability to nurture and grow customer relationships over the long term.
  • Data-driven, proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, and experienced in using data to inform decisions.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce CRM, Tableau, BigQuery, or BoostUp is a plus.
