How you’ll make an impact
The Go To Market (GTM) Operations Manager is a critical role supporting the UK operational execution of key GTM initiatives and strategic programmes of work. The role will support the UK Strategy & Operations team to drive success in the region and ensure we achieve our performance objectives.
Bringing high energy and visibility across the organisation, you will create clarity for the key areas of focus for the region. Through collaboration with regional and global teams, you will have a clear oversight of all GTM initiatives impacting the UK region and ensure that initiatives delivered through global Product teams have a cohesive plan for go to market delivery.
A key support for the UK Country Manager and their leadership team, the UK Strategy & Operations team is the primary conduit between the UK and global teams, including, but not limited to, Product, Sales, Marketing, Product Operations, Product Marketing and Partnerships. Your experience in leading GTM programs of work and the implementation & alignment of multiple streams of work is key to the success of the team.
What you’ll do
Oversight of GTM initiatives:
Oversight of all GTM initiatives coming into the UK region, driving awareness and alignment across all programs of work.
Align closely with Program Managers leading GTM initiatives to be aware of project status and outcomes and feed into one central UK GTM execution view.
Interlinks and alignment forums:
Ownership of regional GTM alignment forums. Alignment and interlink ownership between UK GTM teams, Product Marketing, Product and Product Operations. Lead the UK connection into global GTM forums relating to GTM enablement, alignment and product releases.
Increasing alignment and robustness of GTM delivery:
Ensuring the UK region is fully across upcoming releases and customer communications. Maintenance of UK Launch list and UK calendar of releases, and communication of product deployment dates and timeline changes to UK GTM teams. Representing the voice of the customer and the voice of internal teams to ensure GTM delivery timelines make sense and are agreed and understood by all regional teams. Proactively understand and manage risks as they relate to your role.
Project work (as required):
Coordination of ad hoc programs of GTM work which sit outside of the core operating plan. Management and coordination of UK eDM sign off processes. Support the team with project documentation and reporting.
Operational excellence:
Focus on continuous improvement and new ways of doing things to drive efficiencies and enable operational improvements to the way we deliver customer initiatives. Gather feedback to improve on existing processes and ways of working.
Success looks like
- Strong alignment across regional GTM and functional teams
- Well connected GTM rhythms across UK regional teams and Global teams, with clear processes and artefacts established and communicated to improve efficiency and transparency
- Up to date GTM roadmaps maintained in Asana and well communicated across all UK GTM teams, drawing on global calendars including product release and customer communication calendars
- Optimising efficiency and ways of working across the UK business
- Exceptional collaboration skills - you will be seen as someone who collaborates widely with a broad range of stakeholders.

Experience
- 1-5 years experience in an Operations, Project Management or GTM role
- Proven experience collaborating and building trust and effective working relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the business
- Preferably, use of tools for producing roadmaps and/or dashboards (e.g. Asana, Jira), to help communicate, manage and sequence initiatives to market
- Experience in working across multiple disciplines and teams in global organisations highly desirable
