The ideal candidate is a highly autonomous and proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You must be adept at navigating ambiguous requests and tight timelines, translating vague business questions into high-impact analytical projects.

- Adept at managing ambiguity. Demonstrated ability to take broad, high-level requests under short timelines and deliver structured, insightful, and actionable results.
- Exceptional autonomy and initiative. You are a self-starter who doesn't wait for direction. You identify the problem, find the data, and drive to a solution.
- Superior communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to simplify and explain complex analyses to senior leadership.
- Strong plus: understanding of SaaS sales methodologies, forecasting, and GTM processes.
- Expertise in Excel/Google sheets.
- A strong plus: Proficiency with GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Sigma, ZoomInfo etc. .).
- Serve as a strategic GTM Partner: Autonomously lead strategic projects from inception to completion from diagnosing operational inefficiencies to designing and implementing scalable solutions.
- Evolve GTM Processes: Drive the evolution of our forecasting, pipeline, and reporting processes. Move beyond dashboard maintenance to strategically redefine what we measure and how we measure it to drive accountability.
- Establish Data Governance: Create and maintain a scalable framework for GTM data governance and process documentation to ensure consistency and reliability.
- Analyze large datasets to uncover insights and support data-driven decisions around customer retention and professional services, driving growth and optimizing performance
- Build and refine data models to support accurate forecasting, trend analysis, and churn prediction
- Redesign dashboards, forecasting and pipeline processes
- Partner with key commercial and operations leaders to define, develop, and execute comprehensive and strategic projects designed to increase revenue, sales productivity and operational efficiency with little oversight
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency of processes and demonstrate return on investment to senior management
