Job Description:
As the first GTM hire, you will partner directly with the CEO to build an enterprise sales engine from scratch. You’ll transform manual, PDF-heavy workflows in the $300B TIC industry into streamlined AI-driven processes, navigating complex stakeholder environments to close high-value contracts and define the commercial roadmap for a category-defining startup.

Location: London, UK

What you will do:

  • Design and execute the end-to-end enterprise GTM motion across inbound, outbound, partnerships, and product launches.

  • Lead complex discovery and sales cycles with senior stakeholders at global certification and inspection organizations.

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate customer insights into high-impact features that drive commercial growth.

The ideal candidate:

  • Has 2–7 years of experience in enterprise sales, GTM, or forward-deployed roles, ideally within an early-stage startup environment.

  • Proven track record of scaling a product or market from 0 to 1 and turning ambiguous problems into structured, repeatable execution.

  • Exceptional communication skills for navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise deals and a high-agency mindset to operate without a pre-existing playbook.
