  • Build and configure various parts of the LMS, including creating and organising courses, uploading content, defining fields, and managing system integrations (e.g., API connections with other systems).

  • Oversee regular updates and adjustments to the LMS to ensure its smooth operation. This includes maintaining system settings, managing data uploads, and ensuring everything aligns with the organisation's evolving needs.

  • Provide technical support for all system users (employees, partners, customers) by resolving issues, troubleshooting problems, and addressing user concerns in a timely manner.

  • Ensure end-users have a positive experience using the LMS by addressing any technical difficulties related to course access, system navigation, or content issues.

  • Meet with clients (internal or external) to understand their training requirements and customise solutions accordingly.

  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors who supply additional LMS functionalities such as live labs or other external integrations.

  • Work closely with these vendors to ensure the integration and functionality meet the company’s requirements and perform optimally.

  • Create, manage, and customise reports based on the needs of various stakeholders (e.g., internal teams, managers, clients).

  • Track and analyse learner data, course completion rates, system usage, and other key metrics to inform training effectiveness, user engagement, and system performance decisions.

  • Provide reporting on ad-hoc requests and ensure reports meet the required specifications and deadlines.

  • Collaborate with IT teams and Litmos (or similar platforms) to suggest and implement improvements and upgrades to the LMS.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to enhance the system’s features, optimise user experience, and ensure the platform stays current with technological advancements and organisational goals.

  • Collaborate with IT teams to guarantee LMS functionality and uptime, including implementing a redundancy plan to prevent disruptions.

            Skills Needed:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

  • 5-7 years of LMS experience, preferably with Litmos as the platform. Familiarity with Litmos will help you quickly adapt to the system and understand its functionalities.

  • Experience with LMS configurations, content management, and user management is essential, along with technical troubleshooting.

  • Strong problem-solving ability to diagnose and resolve LMS-related issues swiftly, ensuring minimal training and user experience disruptions.

  • Ability to understand the system’s data and how updates, data loads, or changes to the LMS impact performance or outcomes. This includes making data-driven decisions and foreseeing potential outcomes before making system changes.

  • Excellent communication skills to foster long-term relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners. This includes translating technical needs into actionable solutions and effectively communicating LMS benefits, updates, and requirements.

  • Advanced Excel skills to manipulate and analyse data, create reports, and work with spreadsheets that may include large datasets (e.g., learner activity and course completion data).

  • Strong project management, organizational, and planning skills.
