About Customuse
Customuse is building an AI creative engine for image, video, and 3D. We bring leading AI models and pro creation tools into one workflow, helping creators and teams ideate, generate, edit, animate, texture, and produce publish-ready assets.
We are trusted by 15M+ creators and used across gaming, Roblox, animation, ecommerce, product design, architecture, and creative teams. The next chapter is turning Customuse into the default creative workspace for AI-native media production.
We are backed by Connect Ventures, Adjacent, and angels/operators from companies like Snap, Stripe, and SpaceX, with an investor network behind category-defining companies including Revolut and RevenueCat.
Location: London, in-office
Type: Full-time
Level: Early-career, roughly 0-3 years of experience
About the role
We are hiring a Growth person to build the distribution engine for Customuse. Your job is to help more creators discover what they can make with AI image, video, and 3D tools.
This is not a traditional social media or brand marketing role. We are looking for a creator-operator: someone who understands internet-native video, can make content themselves, spots why things spread, and enjoys building high-volume systems for testing formats.
What you'll do
Manage a network of creators, affiliates, editors, and clippers producing short-form content at volume
Create native content yourself for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and similar platforms
Turn Customuse workflows into clear hooks, briefs, scripts, demos, and content formats
Study winning formats, memes, edits, creator trends, and AI tool content across platforms
Review creator output, give direct feedback, and scale the formats that perform
Use performance data to decide what to test, kill, repeat, and double down on
Build repeatable systems for sourcing, briefing, managing, and paying creators and clippers
You might be a fit if
You have made social content yourself, even informally
You can explain why a video works: hook, pacing, retention, format, packaging, and timing
You are comfortable making rough content quickly, writing captions, editing clips, and testing ideas
You are highly online and naturally curious about creators, AI tools, internet culture, and startup growth
You can manage lots of people, files, briefs, deadlines, and feedback loops without losing the thread
Nice to have
Experience posting on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, or LinkedIn
Experience with CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or similar tools
A personal account, side project, channel, newsletter, or content experiment
Interest in AI media tools, creator tools, social distribution, and performance marketing
How to apply
Send your LinkedIn, a short note on why this role is interesting to you, and 2-3 examples of content you have made, edited, managed, or helped produce.
We care more about taste, output, curiosity, and internet fluency than formal credentials.
