The Growth Support Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of Growth teams by managing CRM systems, generating reports, supporting growth initiatives, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. This role is responsible for lead generation, maintaining data integrity, streamlining internal processes, and providing operational support to drive business development success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or higher in marketing or a related field
  • A serious interest in healthcare, clinical research, and medical communications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office apps required
  • Experience of a CRM is advantageous
  • A critical, constructive thinker. You’re a self-starter who isn’t afraid to break down complex problems or question the status quo for constructive improvements.
  • Strong communicator and process enforcer. You are comfortable working with senior executives, including C-suite, and are able to rally a team to get to goal. You are able to clearly define actions and enforce deadlines, and when needed, you also know how to properly escalate issues to get things done.
  • Deadline driven. You love working in a fast-paced environment, can keep a cool head under pressure, and often get a kick out of adapting on the fly.
  • Creative and curious nature. You enjoy learning new things and constantly seek opportunities for improvement. You’re the kind of person who can’t leave well enough alone until your work is tidied up and you have a full grasp of the matter at hand.
  • Devil with the details. You are able to breakdown RFPs and organize a team with parallel workstreams, maintaining the big picture without ever losing sight of those pesky little details.
  • True team player. We’re a team of people who aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, and as we grow, we want teammates who won’t leave others in the lurch. You like getting involved and helping your fellow teammates find new solutions. You also understand that Inizio is a global organization and working with people in other time zones is normality.

Core Responsibilities

  • Drive at least 2 concurrent projects with different deadlines, needs, and/or teams
  • Analyze RFPs to write tailored agency responses (business writing), coordinating with appropriate stakeholders as needed
  • Manage new business logistics, including managing deadlines, coordinating responses, keeping key stakeholders informed, elevating issues, etc.
  • Assist in ideating and mobilizing resources for any pitch theatre materials needed, such as leave-behinds, microsites, etc.
  • Maintain our database and agency archives for future reference by organizing files, creating entries, or revising information gained through projects
  • Help coordinate pitch debriefs and document key learnings appropriately
  • Proactively monitor industry trades, new business sources, and competitive websites for new business opportunities and competitive landscape
