About EliseAI
At EliseAI, we're improving the industries that matter most: housing and healthcare. Everyone needs a place to live and access to quality healthcare, yet both are often harder to secure than they should be.
By integrating AI agents deeply into existing workflows, we make them more efficient, reduce costs, and improve the experience for everyone.
Housing: We simplify how renters tour apartments, sign leases, submit maintenance requests, and stay connected with their property team—bringing everything they need for their home into one place.
Healthcare: We make it easy to schedule appointments, complete intake forms, and we help patients communicate with providers, so everyone can focus on health instead of paperwork.
With EliseAI, organizations reduce manual work, improve accessibility, and deliver a seamless experience across essential services. We recently raised a $250 million Series E round led by Andreessen Horowitz to accelerate this mission.
The Growth Strategy Team
The Growth Strategy team is responsible for defining how EliseAI is positioned, understood, and valued in the market. We own the positioning and identity of the platform and every product within it, and we design and execute the highest-leverage growth initiatives that drive the company forward and generate pipeline.
Growth Strategy operates as a startup within a startup-run with the intensity and ownership of a founding team, but with the capital, market access, and product depth of a well-funded Series E. The mandate is zero to one: take products and platform capabilities from undefined to sharply positioned, then drive execution against that positioning across every surface that touches the market. Deep cross-functional involvement (Product, Sales, Engineering, Leadership) and founder-level ownership from day one.
Roles on this team sit at the intersection that defines the best people at EliseAI: strategic thinking and deep context awareness, combined with technical ability and full ownership of execution. You will be expected to move fluidly between crafting a product narrative and building the automated systems that deliver it at scale-between shaping a go-to-market strategy and getting your hands into the data, tooling, and infrastructure to make it real.
About The Role
As a Senior Associate on the Growth Strategy team, you’ll own high-impact projects end-to-end-taking products and capabilities from undefined to sharply positioned, then building and executing the go-to-market programs that turn that positioning into pipeline and revenue.
The work has real range. In a given week, you might develop the positioning and messaging for a product capability, architect an automated customer engagement program, build the enablement materials for a major launch, and dig into performance data to sharpen our approach. You’ll operate with a high degree of direction and support on strategic priorities, but you’ll be expected to own the execution fully-from strategy through delivery, including the technical build where needed.
This role is ideal for someone with a strategy, consulting, or operational background who wants to apply that rigor to problems that directly determine how an AI company grows-and who is excited to get into the technical details of building the systems, not just defining the strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Positioning & Value
Develop positioning and messaging for specific products and capabilities-translating complex AI functionality into clear, differentiated value propositions that resonate with buyers
Analyze win/loss trends, customer feedback, and market dynamics to surface insights that sharpen how we articulate value and where we focus
Customer Engagement & Growth
Design and build automated customer engagement programs-developing nurture sequences, onboarding flows, and retention campaigns that drive measurable pipeline acceleration and lifetime value
Track and analyze engagement performance-using data and dashboards to identify what’s working, what’s not, and how to improve
Go-to-Market Execution
Execute product launches from positioning through delivery-coordinating across Product, Sales, and Customer Success to bring new capabilities to market with clarity and momentum
Create high-impact sales enablement tools-developing decks, one-pagers, and training materials that equip our sales team to communicate value effectively
Contribute strategic thinking to leadership conversations about growth, market expansion, and customer value
Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team
Move at rocket speed, build something massive.
We’re scaling fast, solving real client problems with precision and ambition. Here, you own your impact-full autonomy, no micromanagement, no fluff. We hire the best, expect the best, and give you the masterclass of your career. It’s hard, it’s intense, and it’s the most rewarding work you’ll ever do. If you’re hungry, driven, and ready to build something massive, climb aboard.
Requirements
We’re looking for intensely driven, founder-minded people who want to test themselves and build something transformational. You likely:
Have 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, strategy & operations, growth, or a generalist role at a high-growth startup
Are biased toward action and comfortable making decisions with imperfect information
Can structure ambiguous problems into clear plans and execute them independently
Communicate with precision-whether you’re writing a product narrative, building a deck, or presenting to executives
Are equally comfortable with strategic thinking and technical execution-you want to define the strategy and build the system that delivers it
Naturally build relationships across functions and can influence without authority
Are willing to work in person at our office 4 days a week
Why Join
Growth and impact. It’s not often that you can get in on the ground floor of a funded (unicorn!) startup that’s scaling so fast. That means that instead of following a playbook, you’ll be writing it. Every single day you will be challenged to identify how we can scale and execute on it. You’ll learn what works when you succeed and what doesn’t when you fail. Either way, the rest of the team will be here to support you.
Benefits
In addition to the growth and impact you’ll have at EliseAI, we offer competitive salaries along with the following benefits:
Equity in the company
Medical, Dental and Vision premiums covered at 100%
Fully paid parental leave
Commuter benefits
401k benefits
Fitness & home services stipend to cover part of your expenses so you can focus on what matters
A collaborative in-office environment with an open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, and all meals covered in the office
Unlimited vacation and paid holidays
We’ll cover relocation packages and make the move exciting, not painful!
Job Compensation Range
The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $180,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
