About the Role:

We are looking for a Growth Product Manager to drive the Metrics experience across our platform. In this role, you will own the end-to-end user journey for the Metrics UI, and have a direct impact on how customers explore, manage, and operationalize their metrics data at scale. Success in this role requires experience with Observability or Security products and the ability to deliver platform capabilities that can be leveraged across both Internal Products and Customer facing User experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the entire Metrics UI product and experience. lead the product end-to-end, including capabilities around metrics management, exploration, and visualization.
  • Interface with customers and the community to gather feedback and usage information to develop product insights.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to define and manage platform components and understand platform architecture to drive key initiatives.
  • Drive intuitive and frictionless adoption of the Metrics product, aiming to minimize reliance on documentation or manual support.
  • Capture market trends and competitive data to inform product direction and provide insights for sales enablement and engineering awareness.
  • Facilitate and participate in design thinking sessions, brainstorm concepts, test hypotheses, and create visual examples with wireframes.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of product management experience in B2B or data-centric products.
  • Strong understanding of observability, metrics, or infrastructure products – advantage
  • Excellent ability to distill complex concepts into clear wireframes and requirements with a focus on user experience.
  • Proven experience working with large engineering teams and diverse stakeholders on complex UX problems, with the ability to articulate the “why both internally and externally.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in experimentation, A/B testing, and measuring impact.
  • Deep empathy for users and ability to simplify complex data workflows.
  • Familiarity with product-led growth models and GTM alignment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfort working in a highly cross-functional role with a distributed, global team.
  • Big Bonus Point: Experience using Grafana and other MELT stacks.
