What will I be doing?

As Growth Partnerships Lead, you will be the go-to expert for managing and growing Kaluza’s partner ecosystem. You’ll work closely with our Director of Partnerships to ensure that our Strategy House, ISV, and SI relationships are productive, engaged, and aligned with Kaluza’s growth objectives.

This role is highly hands-on, requiring a mix of relationship management, strategic thinking, and commercial execution. You’ll be responsible for driving value through partnerships, supporting deal execution, and ensuring long-term success.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Manage & Grow Partner Relationships

  • Own and manage key ISV, SI, and Strategy House partnerships, ensuring they are delivering value for both Kaluza and the partner.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner account management, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.
  • Develop structured partner engagement plans to drive adoption, satisfaction, and expansion.

Support Go-To-Market Execution

  • Work alongside the Director of Partnerships to activate and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partners.
  • Drive co-marketing, co-selling, and sales enablement initiatives to maximize partner impact.
  • Track and report on partnership performance, identifying opportunities to enhance collaboration and drive revenue growth.

Support Partner Enablement & Engagement

  • Develop and deliver training programs, playbooks, and enablement materials to ensure partners can effectively position and sell Kaluza’s solutions.
  • Facilitate regular partner check-ins, QBRs, and strategic planning sessions to ensure continued momentum.
  • Identify and resolve roadblocks or friction points, ensuring smooth execution of partner initiatives.

Collaborate Across the Business

  • Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Serve as the voice of the partner internally, ensuring their needs and insights are factored into commercial strategy and product development.
  • Support the Director of Partnerships on strategic projects, including new market entry and ecosystem expansion.

About You 

You are a highly proactive and commercially driven partnerships professional with a passion for building relationships, managing complex partnerships, and driving tangible business impact.

You thrive in fast-moving, cross-functional environments, and have a strong ability to navigate complexity and keep partnerships on track.

Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Experience in account management, partnerships, or business development within SaaS, enterprise technology, or energy markets.
  • A proven track record of managing high-value partner relationships and ensuring their long-term success.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to spot opportunities, negotiate terms, and maximize partnership value.
  • Experience executing go-to-market initiatives with partners, including co-marketing and co-selling programs.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating across teams to deliver successful partnerships.
