Role Description
We’re looking for a strategic yet hands-on professional to lead growth and partnership initiatives for a fast-scaling remote service network. The ideal candidate combines business development expertise with operational leadership, capable of driving measurable results while maintaining strong partner and team relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage B2B partnerships to expand the service network.
- Drive new collaborations, lead-sharing programs, and strategic growth projects.
- Oversee and mentor remote teams to ensure service quality and accountability.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations to deliver results.
- Monitor KPIs related to performance, partner engagement, and profitability.
- Remain hands-on during early scaling phases to support partners and operations directly.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or operations management.
- Proven track record in managing B2B relationships or partner ecosystems.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Experience working with or selling to the U.S. market is a strong plus.
- Background in home improvement, repair, or technical service industries is highly valued.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive communication, and a strong sense of ownership.
- Fluent English is required; Russian proficiency is a strong plus.
