Own SolveAI’s growth and marketing function, including inbound experimentation, SEO and web discoverability, customer marketing, sales collateral, content, communications, events, and marketing operations. Build the company’s external narrative, generate enterprise pipeline, establish attribution and reporting systems, and create scalable playbooks and processes. This hands-on founding marketing role requires strong writing, commercial judgment, rapid experimentation, and comfort building a function from the ground up.

About SolveAI

Most enterprise problems never get solved in software, because the person who understands the problem and the person who can build the fix are never the same person. SolveAI closes that gap.

Our platform lets the people closest to the problem build real, production-grade software by describing what they need in plain English. It plugs into the enterprise stack as it actually exists, and what it ships clears the bar enterprises actually hold software to: secure, compliant, reliable, maintainable, and able to scale. The result is software tailored to each customer's environment, owned by them.

Unlike the wave of "vibe coding" tools squinting at the enterprise from the consumer world - hoping the hard parts can be bolted on later - we started at the hard end. For us, that bar is the foundation we build on, not a roadmap item.

We can do this because of who's in the room: a team that's spent decades operating inside the world's most complex organisations, not just observing them. Backed by GV and Accel, built by an ex-Palantir team, and already live with enterprise customers.

What We Offer
  • High-impact environment: Join a company shaping the future of enterprise software, working with a team that's redefining how AI meets real-world business needs

  • Ownership and visibility: In a small, high-performing team, the impact of your work isn't theoretical - it actively shapes the company's direction

  • Empowerment through innovation: Use cutting-edge AI tools internally. You'll be working with the same technology we deliver to enterprises

About the role

We're hiring our first dedicated Growth/Marketing hire, a hands-on operator who can both execute in the details and build out the function as we scale. You'll own our inbound experimentation engine, customer marketing, our content presence, comms and events. This isn't a "set a strategy and hand it off" role, you'll be designing events that bring us closer to our target customers, while also putting in the systems and (eventually) the team that let this function grow beyond you. You'll have real ownership over how SolveAI shows up in market.

What you'll do
  • Own inbound experimentation. Run a fast-moving test-and-learn engine across formats to drive inbound from targets of interest (e.g. targeted account campaigns, executive dinners, etc.). Speed of experimentation matters more than any single channel; you'll be constantly testing, measuring and reallocating toward what works

  • Own our web presence and discoverability. Take ownership of the site and how we get found - SEO, and increasingly whether SolveAI surfaces when a buyer researches enterprise AI through an LLM. We start from zero inbound, so this is greenfield

  • Own customer marketing and sales collateral. Build case studies, testimonials and advocacy programmes that turn happy customers into our best sales asset, and produce the one-pagers and design assets the BD team uses in outbound. You can impact outbound messaging and sequences that traditionally sit with the BD team; if it drives revenue, you can have a say in it

  • Build out content for SolveAI on the relevant channels. Develop our company point of view and thought leadership, and shape our external voice through writing and ghostwriting as a channel for credibility and demand

  • Own comms and narrative. Shape how we talk about ourselves externally: positioning, launches, press where relevant

  • Own events, end to end. Bring discipline to which external conferences and events we attend or sponsor, with clear selection criteria. Design and run our own high-intent events - dinners, roundtables, workshops - against a defined ROI bar

  • Build the measurement and ops layer. Put in place the attribution, CRM hygiene and reporting needed to know what's actually driving pipeline, so decisions are made on data rather than instinct

What we're looking for
  • Several years in B2B/enterprise SaaS growth or marketing, with a track record of hands-on execution, not just strategy or oversight of others

  • Direct experience running inbound campaigns and experiments with a bias toward speed and iteration over perfection

  • A strong writer, comfortable creating content in your own voice and ghostwriting for an executive

  • Commercially minded: you understand enterprise sales cycles and how marketing contributes to pipeline and revenue, not just brand awareness

  • A true builder mentality, happy to be the entire function today and to build the playbooks, tools and team it needs tomorrow

  • Founding-team energy: high ownership, comfortable with ambiguity and able to move fast without a lot of structure around you

Why SolveAI

At SolveAI, you'll work alongside a team that's spent decades solving the hardest enterprise challenges, from operational inefficiencies to data fragmentation.

If you want to see real change in the world, care deeply about value add, and thrive when given ownership in unfamiliar environments, we'd love to hear from you.
