Let us give you a taste

Join us in revolutionizing the food-tech industry and become a part of one of the fastest-growing restaurant-discovery platforms.

Your mission

You’ll build and scale NeoTaste’s UK growth engine hands-on, data-driven and with real ownership:

  • Launch and scale new acquisition & retention channels beyond our current playbook

  • Own UK go-to-market execution from experiments to repeatable growth loops

  • Design, run and analyse high-cadence growth experiments end-to-end

  • Build simple but powerful dashboards to guide weekly decisions

  • Continuously improve our UK city launch playbook and growth infrastructure

  • Grow into the go-to person for UK Growth at NeoTaste

Your profile

You’re a growth and marketing generalist who loves ownership, shipping things and developing fast:

  • Hands-on growth and marketing experience in a startup or scale-up

  • Proven track record of building & scaling at least one growth channel from scratch

  • Strong analytical skills, confidence with Google Sheets, funnel metrics, etc.

  • You have a high ownership mindset and turn vague problems into clear plans and results

  • You execute (not just strategise) landing pages, tracking, experiments, setups

  • Deep understanding of the UK market (ideally London) and its nuances

  • Native-like level of English with clear communication and strong stakeholder management skills

  • Experience working with (or leading) interns or junior team members is a big plus

Why us?
  • More than a general marketing role - You’ll own UK growth end-to-end, shape the playbook, and grow into a role with real autonomy and measurable impact.

  • Big impact - We're still small enough to not have a too complex setup where you can directly contribute and see your growth.

  • Remote work and trust working time - Work from where you feel most productive and start and end your day in a way that fits your own schedule.

  • Sports and wellness benefits - Use Urban Sports or Hussle to stay active and recharge.

  • Learning & Development Budget - Take ownership of your individual learning goals and your growth journey.

  • NeoTaste for yourself and a friend - Enjoy a NeoTaste subscription and share your passion for food with others.

  • Work equipment - You will receive high quality technical equipment from Apple.

  • Extra holiday days - Get two extra days off on 24th and 31st December, regardless of the country you’re based in.

  • Company offsites and regular team events – Be part of virtual and in-person events with the whole team to meaningfully connect with your co-workers.
