Role Overview: 

The PlayStation Store & Services Marketing team is responsible for marketing our flagship PlayStation Plus subscription service, and PlayStation’s multi-billion-dollar D2C businesses (PlayStation Store and PlayStation Direct). 

We are seeking a commercially-minded Growth Marketing Manager to join our Performance Management function.  

This role is key in driving data-informed strategy, delivering accurate budget forecasting, and building insightful commercial presentations to senior marketing leadership. Ideal candidates will bring a strong grounding in digital marketing, strategic consultancy, or performance media, with proven experience translating complex data into actionable insights that inform decision-making and drive business growth. 

 What you’ll be doing: 

Forecasting & Budget Management 

  • Own the end-to-end marketing budget process across Store & Services, including spend forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting. 
  • Partner closely with Finance and Media to ensure spend efficiency, accurate phasing, and ongoing alignment to business objectives. 
  • Build financial models and dashboards to proactively track marketing investment performance and ROI. 

 Strategic Performance Reporting & Commercial Updates 

  • Create and present high-impact, data-driven business updates for senior marketing leadership, with clear recommendations on budget reallocation, channel performance, and optimization opportunities. 
  • Contribute to long-range planning, quarterly business reviews, and executive summaries to influence key strategic decisions. 

 Measurement & Data Analysis 

  • Collaborate with Data Science, Analytics, and Global Media teams to define a robust performance measurement framework, ensuring effective attribution, incrementality understanding, and ROI evaluation. 
  • Leverage analytics tools to identify performance trends, uncover growth opportunities, and support test-and-learn strategies. 

 Strategic Planning & Governance 

  • Support the Performance Management Director in shaping and executing the global Store & Services marketing strategy. 
  • Act as a central partner across marketing, media, creative, and product teams to ensure consistency, governance, and commercial alignment. 

 Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Serve as a strategic bridge across global teams, including Finance, Media, and Commercial, ensuring cohesive and aligned marketing execution. 
  • Support the Trading team in delivering standardized and insightful reports for weekly business unit reviews. 

 What we’re looking for: 

  • 6+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital strategy, or marketing consultancy, preferably within entertainment, gaming, or ecommerce. 
  • Advanced Excel and data modelling skills and strong Data analysis and manipulation skills 
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.) 
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint to create impactful presentations 
  • Demonstrated experience managing and forecasting multi-million-dollar marketing budgets 
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to distil complex data into concise commercial narratives. 
  • Proven success working in matrixed, global organizations with cross-functional collaboration at its core.
