About Cohorts

Cohorts is a community of real estate private equity founders and operators. We have Members throughout the US and Canada.

We want to help our Members build lasting real estate companies and lifelong relationships.

We do this with small Cohorts of operators, masterclasses, and in-person events.

We're growing quickly and intend to be the #1 community worldwide for real estate folks.

We will work daily in person in our OTR, Cincinnati, or New York City offices.

You will be the #1 person testing different things to grow membership.

What You'll Do

(100%) - Test and run experiments to get new Members.

Experiments could be things like:

  1. Send 10,000 cold emails inviting people to a pickleball tournament, following up with people who respond, and try to get 20 new Members from that.
  2. Write 500 handwritten letters (maybe using a service) to prospective Members, wishing them a happy birthday, and try to get 10 Members from this.

This could include writing emails, sending letters, working with our event team to put on events, sending out gifts, and setting up automations like direct messages.

You'll track the experiments we run. If it makes sense, we'll do a ton more of it. If it doesn't make sense, we throw it out and move on.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • We're not looking for specific education or past experience. You can be young and hungry, experienced and making a career shift, longtime GTM/BDR/SDR. Whatever.
  • You have an ability to stick with something consistently over a period of time.
  • You want to work in person daily with a killer team and get after it.
  • You're willing to travel as needed (expected less than 25%)
  • You can take on something new and go for it without worrying too much about getting it wrong. You're OK to make mistakes, throw out old ideas, and deal with new information as it comes in.
  • You don't mind communicating directly with potential Members (customers), primarily by email, and running little "sales" experiments.
  • You're OK with tracking things, keeping records of what's working, a little bit of data, some manual work, vs. trying to automate everything.

What We Offer

  • You'll gain experience in GTM, sales, and revenue growth in a small but growing startup. This experience leads directly to being a lead GTM engineer, head of sales, and unlimited career opportunities.
  • $50,000-$70,000+/year depending on experience.
  • Company-wide revenue share.
  • In-person OTR or NYC office
  • Health insurance.

Boasting one of the most recognized fintech ecosystems in Europe, attracting billions in investments each year, London's success has made it a go-to destination for startups looking to make their mark. Top U.K. companies like Hoptin, Moneybox and Marshmallow have already made the city their base — yet fintech is just the beginning. From healthtech to renewable energy to cybersecurity and beyond, the city's startups are breaking new ground across a range of industries.
