Business area and team

We're seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to oversee campaign programs, increase brand awareness and generate opportunities to support sales pipeline growth. This role will be based in London with a hybrid work model. 

The Role 

The Growth Marketing Lead will play a crucial role in driving the success of our marketing campaigns and field marketing initiatives. This position requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to manage and execute marketing activities across various channels, including events, webinars, content creation, and email marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent project management skills, and a passion for creating impactful marketing programs. 

Key Responsibilities

1.     Campaign Management: 

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content and messaging for campaigns. 
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. 

2.     Field Marketing: 

  • Plan and manage field marketing activities, including trade shows, conferences, and other events. 
  • Coordinate logistics, booth setup, and promotional materials for events. 
  • Track and report on event ROI and effectiveness. 

3.     Webinars and Virtual Events: 

  • Organize and execute webinars and virtual events to engage with prospects and customers. 
  • Work with subject matter experts to develop content and presentations. 

4. Email Marketing: 

  • Develop and implement email marketing strategies to nurture leads and drive conversions alongside the marketing operations function. 

5.     Collaboration and Communication: 

  • Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. 
  • Communicate marketing plans and results to stakeholders and senior management. 

Required Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.  
  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing or related role.  
  • Strong understanding of lead scoring, the enterprise B2B sales revenue lifecycle (MQLs and SQLs), and have knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., SFDC).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.  
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.  
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).  
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.  
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics.  
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.  
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
