We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive GTM, demand generation and pipeline growth in the UK and Republic of Ireland (ROI) markets. This role is focused on executing region-specific strategies to generate marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and nurture them through the funnel to sales-qualified leads (SQLs) and beyond. You will play a key role in shaping and executing campaigns that accelerate pipeline velocity, leveraging events, broker and partner engagement, and targeted digital marketing tactics.

This role also involves collaborating with the global marketing team on top-of-funnel awareness campaigns, particularly across social media, paid media, and content marketing, ensuring a seamless journey from lead acquisition to conversion. Supported by regionally based ABM specialist and Revenue Growth Strategist.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline Growth & Lead Nurturing

  • Develop and execute UK & ROI-specific GTM and growth marketing strategies to drive MQL and pipeline growth.

  • Own middle and lower-funnel marketing, implementing nurture programs that progress leads from MQL to SQL through multi-touch campaigns.

  • Design and optimize lead nurturing flows, leveraging email marketing, content, and personalized outreach to improve conversion rates.

  • Implement account-based marketing (ABM) tactics for high-value prospects, ensuring personalized engagement at each stage of the funnel.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to refine lead scoring models and improve MQL-to-SQL conversion.

Regional Events & Partner Engagement

  • Plan, execute, and optimize regional events, including industry conferences, broker activations, and partner engagements, to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

  • Build and manage relationships with brokers, partners, and key stakeholders, developing co-marketing initiatives that amplify reach and impact.

  • Identify and engage key accounts and personas, ensuring event participation translates into meaningful pipeline opportunities.

Campaign Execution & Collaboration

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid media, content marketing, and email automation.

  • Work closely with the global marketing team to align UK & ROI demand generation efforts with top-of-funnel awareness campaigns (e.g., social media, thought leadership content, and paid campaigns).

  • Optimize social and digital campaigns to ensure seamless lead handoff from awareness to engagement and nurture.

  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) to build, track, and optimize lead nurturing workflows.

  • Run A/B testing and optimize nurture sequences based on engagement and conversion data.

  • Analyze lead behavior and intent signals, using insights to adjust nurture paths and increase SQL velocity.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, or field marketing, ideally within the UK & ROI markets.

  • Strong track record of executing pipeline-focused marketing campaigns, including ABM, digital, and event-based marketing.

  • Experience in lead nurturing and conversion optimization, with a focus on moving MQLs through to SQLs.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Experience working with brokers, channel partners, or third-party networks to drive marketing engagement.

  • Experience collaborating on top-of-funnel awareness campaigns, especially across social media and digital channels.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse campaign performance and optimize lead progression.

  • Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to execute campaigns end-to-end.

  • Knowledge of the UK & ROI business landscape and familiarity with regional marketing trends.
