We are seeking a data-driven Junior Growth Marketer to join our team and contribute to the development and execution of growth strategies. This role will also play a pivotal role in ensuring effective and timely communications to our customers across the world. This role combines operational excellence with a focus on data-driven decision making to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Efficiency: Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Develop and implement effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Operational Communications: Develop and implement effective communication procedures and project manage the delivery of the communications across the group.
  • Data-Driven Growth: Analyse marketing performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop and execute A/B tests and experiments to optimize marketing campaigns. Build predictive models to forecast performance and inform resource allocation.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Collaborate with customer success and product teams to understand customer journeys and identify pain points. Develop strategies to improve customer experience and drive retention.
  • Campaign Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and measurement. Optimize campaign performance based on data insights.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop and deliver regular performance reports, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel)
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
