About the role: The Growth Marketing Director plays a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth at InDebted, supporting our ambitious go-to-market (GTM) goals. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, this role is ideal for a commercially savvy marketer with a passion for crafting value-driven narratives and making a bottom-line impact. You will develop and execute strategies that fuel growth across multiple regions, working towards shared pipeline and revenue goals, not just traditional MQLs.


At InDebted, you'll utilize tools like Hockeystack for data analysis and Gong for gathering insights into what makes key decision-makers tick, ensuring data-driven decision-making and targeted marketing execution. You'll work across digital, social, and paid media to optimize the customer journey and scale high-impact initiatives that generate demand and foster meaningful growth.

As part of a fast-evolving, disruptive industry, this is a key role for a senior growth marketer who thrives in dynamic environments and is comfortable managing a broad remit. You’ll help shape marketing strategy and structure as we continue to scale our team and expand across core markets.

Role requirements:

  • You’re a marketing generalist across all of the following areas, with expert knowledge of at least two: field & events, email marketing, paid campaigns, ops, analytics, product marketing.
  • Team leadership: You’ve built and scaled teams; managing performance and OKR setting, mentoring and supporting team members, and working with contractors and agencies as needed.
  • You’ve worked at a B2B tech/fintech startup (not necessarily Saas). Seed-Series C experience preferred.
  • Strategic and scrappy: You’ll be hands on building and executing, but you’ll also need to set strategy, prioritise initiatives, and report on key metrics to the entire company.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the regionalisation of our GTM strategy, leading key pillars of our team as we scale.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that create a surround sound effect with our top target accounts, with a focus on field, events, word of mouth and targeted campaigns to contribute to regional pipeline goals
  • Lead initiatives to further our understanding of our audiences at scale, developing positioning and messaging rooted in local insights to drive relevance and expedite growth.
  • Avidly communicate our marketing-led growth strategy across the company and keep relevant stakeholders in the loop, report on results and key learnings regularly, and partner with teams such as Product, Data and Finance.
  • Contribute to the brand building of InDebted across all regions - we’re not executing just ABM ads or blogs, but we’re creating affinity with potential clients throughout their buyers journey.
  • Support the recruitment and development of key team members, always seeking to involve, empower and build accountability to drive performance.
