Have you got the Marketing basics under your belt and now want to accelerate your career in B2B marketing, business development, or digital consultancy?

Red Badger is seeking a professional marketing all rounder to help us connect with business and technology leaders at some of the world’s biggest organisations.

Working as part of our Marketing & Business Development team you’ll plan and deliver creative, multi-channel campaigns, manage engaging professional events, and promote thoughtful, creative content - all while working alongside brilliant, experienced consultants and getting hands-on experience in business innovation.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has run go-to-market projects, campaigns, or events in a professional setting
  • Is highly organised, collaborative, and great at getting things done
  • Is curious about business, B2B marketing, and digital products
  • Wants to learn fast and contribute to a small, ambitious team

You’ll help us run campaigns, manage events, work with partners and suppliers, and build relationships - with a clear path to grow your skills and responsibilities. This is a great opportunity to learn and develop professional capabilities while delivering results.

What we offer

We make sure our team is well looked after with competitive salaries and a great benefits package which includes:

  • Annual £2,000 training budget
  • Enhanced pension
  • A range of insurances including private medical
  • Your choice of hardware and mobile phone
  • £1,000 home-office set up budget and monthly contribution to home broadband
  • Social value benefits such as matched giving, volunteer days and GAYE
  • Enhanced parental leave

Plus a whole lot more…

Our ways of working:

We work across our HQ at Old Street, onsite with our partners and from home. And thanks to our great remote working policy we even get to sometimes work from abroad.

We value our time spent together and find that being in person at least two days a week strikes the right balance for collaboration, connection, and focus. Our informal core hours also give us the flexibility to manage our time, as long as we’re delivering on our work and showing up when expected. Please note for this role you will also be expected to support and attend events that are run outside of standard office hours - both early morning breakfast events and evening events.

Diversity & Inclusion:

Red Badger is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment, and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We hire, employ, train, promote and compensate regardless of gender, gender identity, race, disability, sexual orientation, age, creed and colour. We are fully focused on equality, and it is our fundamental belief that the fascinating characteristics that make us all different enable us to continue to do amazing work for our clients.
