Pendo is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our London-based EMEA marketing team on a 6-month fixed-term contract (with the possibility of a full-time contract if successful). In this role, you will help drive the marketing strategy and execution in EMEA to create demand and awareness for Pendo. 

Proven experience in various marketing techniques, including online and traditional demand generation marketing, is required. As a fast-growing company, you will have the opportunity to directly impact the company's success and see results from your efforts. Attention to detail and the ability to manage and own projects from conception through follow-up are crucial.

Role Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with the global marketing and EMEA sales teams to design and execute targeted campaigns that drive demand and nurture leads through the marketing and sales funnel
  • Manage all in-region events, including field events, webinars, and third-party conference sponsorships
  • Partner with sales to gather feedback, communicate campaign updates, and ensure lead follow-up and conversion
  • Oversee the creation of case studies and customer testimonials
  • Coordinate direct mail initiatives, including swag inventory management
  • Partner with finance to ensure timely invoice processing and payments
  • Use Salesforce and Looker to create, update, and analyze dashboards to measure program effectiveness and ROI
  • This role may require occasional travel or after-hours work for event set-up.

Minimum Qualifications 

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role.
  • 3+ years of event planning/management experience, both owned and third-party.
  • 1+ years experience working with Marketo.
  • 1+ years experience working with Salesforce.
  • Advanced use of Google Sheets/Excel, Google Slides/Powerpoint.
  • Meticulous tracking and organization skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Will you now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B visa status)

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with account-based marketing techniques and platforms
  • Experience with Looker, or similar analytics platforms
  • Fluent in French, both spoken and written
  • Any other language fluencies.

Compensation 

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.

The expected salary range for this role to be performed in: London is £42,000 to £53,000

Individual pay rate decisions, including offers made within and over the expected salary range, are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
