PURPOSE
The global marketing function of Global Payments is responsible for Brand, Product Marketing and Growth and Revenue Performance for the Merchant Acquirer Solutions of Global Payments for all sized businesses.  Our Revenue Marketing team’s vision is to drive growth by putting the customer at the front

Job Summary
The Growth Marketing Manager will work closely with the Senior Growth Managers to build and execute merchant acquisition marketing plans, utilising multi-touch, omni-channel campaigns via inbound and outbound marketing, reporting into the UK & Ireland Marketing lead.

The Manager will collaborate with several different teams across the business on various marketing campaigns. This individual will execute programs and report on metrics to recommend an optimal marketing mix.

This person will build acquisition campaigns to accelerate growth and deliver highly qualified opportunities to the sales team in the UK. This will include understanding sales cycles and value propositions, overseeing asset and content creation, and distributing cohesive campaigns leveraging an omnichannel approach.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary
 Develop, own, deploy, and optimise integrated campaigns across online and offline channels to achieve pipeline and revenue goals
 Work cross-functionally in and outside of the marketing organisation, including Product Marketing, Content, Creative Services, Channel Marketing, Marketing Technical Ops, and Sales to deploy and optimise revenue-generating programs
 Report out regularly on campaign performance, leveraging dashboards and tools such as Google Analytics, Pardot, salesforce and dotdigital.
 Evaluate new channels and scope providers for new advertising and lead gen opportunities
 Ensure campaigns are set up correctly, appropriately tagged, and tested prior to deployment
 Work closely with the digital marketing team, advising on business and campaign goals whileworking with them to identify optimisation opportunities
 Track performance of all activities and achieve core KPIs

COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS or ABILITIES / BEHAVIOUR)
 Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B demand generation
 Experience with demand generation and meeting pipeline and revenue goals
 Proven track record of building and executing highly engaging and revenue-driven marketing programmes
 Strong relationship builder and high collaborator with Sales, marketing leadership, and other key stakeholders.
 Solid experience working with new tools and platforms to deliver best-in-class customer acquisition in all stages of the sales funnel.
 Excellent communication skills, particularly when articulating findings in meaningful, clear ways to stakeholders with an emphasis on actionable insight
 Exceptional time management skills
 Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to define and achieve objectives with limited oversight

QUALIFICATIONS
 Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field preferred
