At MetaWealth, we are pioneering the future of institutional-grade real estate investing through our cutting-edge Real World Asset (RWA) Tokenization technology. Our platform enables the tokenization of large real estate asset packages, making them accessible and liquid for investors worldwide. Institutional DeFi is critical to our mission of global financial equity and growth and we are looking for a dynamic and Growth Hacker to join the MetaWealth teams to drive adoption of Institutional DeFi via our Institutional-Grade Real Estate Product Offerings.


This role demands a strategic thinker with deep subject matter expertise in Financial; Institutions Products, Technology, and Institutions with a strong ability to build long-lasting firm relationships. As part of the Go-to-Market team, you will bring your expertise, executive rolodex, and knowledge of Financial Entities such as Neobanks, Funds, Asset/Wealth Managers, and the like to integrate the MetaWealth Platform with their Product Offerings and Roadmaps. By doing this you will play a crucial role in helping accelerate MetaWealth’s go-to-market efforts and time to revenue

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and execute growth hacks from beginning to end to increase revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product management, and technology) to identify areas for growth
  • Utilize data analysis and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies
  • Develop and implement experiments to test new marketing tactics and channels
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest growth hacking tools, platforms, and best practices
  • Build and maintain a portfolio of successful growth implementations and interventions
  • Work closely with product and development teams to integrate growth-driven features and improvements

  • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing and analytics
  • Experience with growth hacking tools and platforms (e.g., automation, campaign monitoring)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Portfolio of successful growth implementations and interventions
  • Knowledge of various marketing channels (e.g., social media, email, content marketing)
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
